How we hire
Explore our hiring process
Every role is different, but most follow these stages. Your recruiter will guide you through the process from start to finish.
1. HR screening call
A conversation, not a screen. We talk about what you have built, what you want next, and whether the role you applied for is the right one for you.
2. Hiring manager interview
Meet your future manager and discuss the problem you’d own, what success looks like, and what you could change.
3. Technical assessment
Show us how you think, build, and solve problems. AI tools are allowed: we care about your reasoning, judgment, and how you verify your work. The task varies by role: it could be a live coding task, a take-home assignment, or a technical discussion.
4. Meet the team and stakeholders
Meet the people you’ll work with, discover how they collaborate, and get a feel for life on the team.
5. The Mindset Map
A short in-house exercise exploring how you approach real work situations and how your decisions align with our principles. No right or wrong answers, and no one is rejected based on it alone.
6. Bar raiser
An independent interviewer assesses whether you’d raise the bar, offering a fresh perspective before the final decision.
7. Decision
We make the call as a team. Whatever the outcome, we’ll give you a clear answer and feedback.
